	Do I have to be a US Citizen? Yes. Proof of US citizenship is required for this program. Can I buy anywhere in Mexico? At this time there are only certain areas in Mexico where Marquest is allowed to lend. Click here for a map of the Approved Lending Territory. Can I use this program to refinance? At this time this program is only available for purchases. As long as title has not been transferred to you from either the previous owner or developer it is considered a purchase. Marquest hopes to start offering refinance transactions sometime in early to mid 2006. Do I need title insurance? No, you are not required to purchase title insurance but it is not a bad idea either. Opinions differ widely on the need for title insurance. If you would like to know what it covers and what the costs are, Marquest would be happy to obtain the information from one of the three reputable US title companies that issue title insurance in Mexico.
