I founded Marquest Financial, Inc. in August
1994, on the desire to build a mortgage company
that would provide clients with superior service
at an unparalleled value.
I began my career in mortgage banking 28
years ago as a loan officer with Home Savings of
America in San Diego, California. After moving
to Minneapolis, I opened the first production
office for Banco Mortgage in Minnesota, which
later became Norwest Mortgage. I managed offices
in many major cities across the country for
Norwest as National Sales Manager. I also opened
offices for Centrust Bank, Commonwealth
Mortgage, and Temple Inland Mortgage.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and
have participated in Continuing Education
courses as part of my designation as a Certified
Mortgage Banker.
My passion is the continued growth of this
company. I concentrate on building Marquest
through expanding our sales and investor
relationships. After work, I enjoy skiing,
running, and playing tennis or golf.
I believe the essence of Marquest is embodied
