I have over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and have financed a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate. My specialty is the ‘outside the box’ request.  I work with clients that have credit challenges, property that doesn’t quite fit a bank’s guidelines, self-employed clients that are not able to provide full documentation and jumbo/mega jumbo loans.
