Option 1 Keeps Payments Manageable
This option, the minimum payment due, gives
you more cash now and keeps your monthly payment
manageable. The minimum monthly payment is at
the start rate of 0.99%-2.45% for the first
year***. A payment cap of 7.5% limits how much
your minimum payment can increase or decrease,
except for every fifth year when the cap does
not apply.
Option 2 Pays All the Interest
This option is an Interest-Only payment.
Your payments remain manageable and your still
have extra cash to use.
Option 3 Pays Principal Too
This is the fully amortized payment and will
pay of your loan on schedule based on your
original term of 30 years. 40-year terms also
available*.
